Cancellation Policies

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing your order.

To cancel an order: -

1. Contact us using our contact form stating: -

a) Your Name:

b) Product Name and Order Number you would like to cancel:

2. All refunds will be made via PayPal.

Return Policies

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Exchanges are not accepted after this. All items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund/exchange.

Items can be returned for exchange, store credit or a refund. All clearance items are non-refundable.

Items must be shipped back with a tracking number that you email to us at dee@deechan.com before any exchange can be shipped out or refund made. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

International orders are responsible for any duties charged by your country. Any duties on returns, will be taken out of your credit/refund/exchange value.

In order to serve you better we would like to know the reason for your return/exchange.

We will advise the Return Address and shipping charges will be borned by the Purchaser.
